There are four levels of designations of Confucian which are awarded by Mencius Institute. They are: Professor, Scholar, Academician and Lord.
Only the lowest Academic designation, Professor, could be obtained by studying, examination and evaluation. The other three Academic designations are awarded by Mencius Institute based on Academic achievement and contributions to local community.
